For the posts of Assam Police, DGCD & CHGH AND F & ES  18 to 40 years old as of July 1, 2022 (i.e., the candidate must have been born on or before January 1, 2004, and on or after January 1, 1982).

Multitasking & Maintenance Staff- I (Technical)

Name of the Post Required Qualification
Electrician The candidate must have completed a certificate programme that was at least two years long and was awarded by an institution that was recognised as an Industrial Training Institution or Vocational Institute.
Plumber The completion of a certificate programme that is at least two years long and comes from an established industrial training institution or vocational institute is worth five points.
Carpenter` A minimum of a two-year certificate programme completed at an accredited Industrial Training Institution or Vocational Institute will be worth five marks.
Mason A minimum of a two-year certificate programme completed at an accredited Industrial Training Institution or Vocational Institute will be worth five marks.
Tailor The completion of a certificate programme that required a minimum of two years and came from a certified industrial training institution or vocational institute is worth five points.

Multitasking & Maintenance Staff- II (Non- Technical)

Cook Training Certificates that have been awarded by the Sector Skill Council (SSC) will each be worth five marks.
or a document stating that the applicant has a minimum of one year’s worth of work experience that was obtained from a recognised or registered cooking institution or hotel will carry five marks. In order to get the certificate, the applicant must provide their Registered Cooking Institute or Hotel registration number.
Water Carrier Training Certificates that have been awarded by the Sector Skill Council (SSC) will each be worth five marks.
Dhobi Training Certificates that have been awarded by the Sector Skill Council (SSC) will each be worth five marks.
or a certificate stating that the applicant has worked for a certified laundry or dry cleaner for a minimum of one year will get five points. It is mandatory for the certificate to include the registered laundry or dry cleaner’s registration number.
Barber Training Certificates that have been awarded by the Sector Skill Council (SSC) will each be worth five marks.
or a document stating that the applicant has worked in a registered saloon or beauty parlour for a minimum of one year will get five marks. It is necessary for the certificate to include the registered saloon or parlor’s registration number.
Gardener Training Certificates that have been awarded by the Sector Skill Council (SSC) will each be worth five marks.
or a certificate stating that you have worked in a certified Nursery for a minimum of one year will carry five marks. In order to get the certificate, you need to have your Registered Nursery registration Number.
Painter Training Certificates that have been awarded by the Sector Skill Council (SSC) will each be worth five marks.
or a certificate stating that the applicant has a minimum of one year of experience that was issued by a licenced painting institution or paint dealer will carry five marks. The certificate has to include the registered painting institutions’ or paint dealers’ registration numbers.
Safai Karmachari Training Certificate provided by Sector Skill Council (SSC) would carry 5 marks. Minimum 01 (one) year work experience certificate from registered NGO/ Municipality Board/Government Departments will carry 5 marks. Training Certificate issued by Sector Skill Council (SSC) will carry 5 marks. The certificate has to include the registered nonprofit organization’s registration number.
Cobbler Training Certificate given by Sector Skill Council (SSC) will carry 5 marks; two years of experience in leather work such as preparation of shoes from a Central or State Government Institution would carry the same amount of weight.

For a Photograph Suitable for Passport Purposes:

  • The photograph must be in colour, have a white backdrop, and have been shot after the first of July in 2022.
  • The maximum size of the file should not exceed 450 kilobytes (JPEG,JPG,PNG format only)

For Signature:

  • On a sheet of white paper, your signature has to be written in dark blue or black ink.
  • The maximum size of the file should not exceed 100 kilobytes (JPEG,JPG,PNG format only)

Documents to be uploaded:

  • A certificate attesting to the bearer’s age. (Admit Card/High School Diploma/Equivalent Examination Certificate),
  • Certificate of Completion and Mark Sheets for All Qualifications
  • Number of registration with the Employment Exchange.
  • A certificate of caste issued by the appropriate authority. NO CAST CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY ANY OTHER STATE WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
  • Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC)
  • Certificate of extra qualification, such as a degree or diploma, from an institution that is recognised or approved by the government (pass certificate as well as marksheet)
  • a valid Certificate of NCC issued by an Authorized Body (if applicable).
  • Certificate of Training for the Home Guards, Issued by the Competent Authority (if applicable).
    In the event of an ex-serviceman, he or she is required to submit the following documents: a copy of the discharged book and a copy of the ex-identity serviceman’s card.
  • Certificate of Birth issued by the Competent Authority or Educational Qualification Certificate issued by the Competent Authority of the School or Institution last studied by the applicant who has not appeared in HSLC or Matriculation. Both must be issued by the Competent Authority.
  • Class VIII Passed Certificates are issued to applicants who have not yet participated in the HSLC or Matriculation examinations.
  • The Class VI Passed Certificate is awarded to pupils who have not advanced to the Class VIII examinations.
  • Certificate of necessary qualification or requirement as applicable, in addition, if appropriate.
